When you use our contact or quote form, we collect your name, email address, organization name and request details. This information is strictly necessary to respond to you.

Your personal data is used to: respond to your quote or information requests; improve our services and user experience on our site; send you, with your explicit consent, commercial communications relating to our offerings.
No resale
DjimLabs never sells, rents or transfers your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Legal grounds
The processing of your data is based on: your consent for marketing communications; the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures for quote requests; our legitimate interest in security and improving our services.
4. Data Sharing
Sub-processors
We use technical service providers (hosting, emailing) who act as sub-processors. These providers are contractually bound to ensure an equivalent level of protection to ours.
International transfers
If your data is transferred to another country, we ensure that appropriate contractual guarantees are in place to ensure an equivalent level of protection.
5. Data Retention
Retention periods
Data from contact forms is retained for 3 years from the last interaction. Billing data is retained for 10 years in accordance with legal obligations. Anonymized navigation data is retained for a maximum of 13 months.

Applicable rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection regarding your personal data. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Exercising your rights
To exercise your rights, send your request to privacy@djimlabs.com specifying your identity. We will acknowledge receipt within 72 hours and respond within one month. In case of unresolved complaints, you may contact the competent data protection authority in your country.

Technical and organizational measures
DjimLabs applies rigorous security measures: TLS encryption of communications, strict data access control, regular security audits and ongoing staff training. In the event of a data breach likely to create a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will inform you within the legal timeframes.
